Kevin Freiberger, east coaster from NJ, is bringing his unique, alignment focused style to The Den. Kevin has an infectious smile and welcoming energy, making you feel right at home on your mat. With 13 years of teaching experience, he brings a level of excellence and focus to his classes. He’s passionate about anatomy and movement, and consciousness exploration/expansion. Expect class to be challenging in all the best ways, and leave feeling more connected in mind and body. While he is an incredible yoga instructor, Kevin also is an avid rock climber, meditator, and massage therapist.
