Power Flow
In this class you'll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun salutations and standing postures linking breath with movement, building strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. You can expect a vigorous and uplifting practice, and to be challenged in ways that feel accessible to all practitioners.
Yoga Fit
A class designed to build confidence and improve areas of our practice that you wouldn't in a regular yoga class. Class starts with mobility and functional movement drills, followed by a vinyasa type flow with added reputations and score work, then finishes with light stretching. This class will be a workout, so bring water!
Face Yoga
Face yoga is a complete facial workout exercising all 57 muscles of the face and neck. It is a non-surgical and holistic approach for lifting and returning volume to the face. Face yoga effectively brings volume back to your face, reduces wrinkles, produces a healthy glow and detoxifies the skin. This is a great way to help you age gracefully and beautifully without turning to harsh skin treatments. Class will include, neck and shoulder stretches, breathing techniques, face exercises, self-applied facial massage and more.
Deep Stretch
Deep Stretch needs no introduction. Its name says it all. This class is slower paced, taking our time moving from pose to pose. Each pose is held for several breaths, giving the body time to relax We focus on major muscle groups, such as neck, shoulders, hips, hamstrings and chest. We also use focused breaths to aid the body in stretching. This class is sure to leave you feeling a deep sense of relaxation and that “ooey-gooey” feeling within the body.
