Flow Into Stillness

Flow Into Stillness is a 75-minute introspective practice that begins with a 50-60 minute flow designed to guide you inward and help clear what’s been weighing on the body and mind. We close with 15–20 minutes of meditation, using various methods to return to our center and move a little closer to our dharma (fundamental nature) each time we meet. You’ll end in a comfortable meditation seat or savasana to align, reflect, and set an intention for the week ahead.

Walking Club

Our Walking Club is open to everyone, membership or not. We meet at The Den every Tuesday morning (weather permitting) for a brisk 2-3 mile walk in the neighborhoods of Normal Heights and Kensington. We'll pass by little libraries, coffee shops, and small businesses. Our goal is to offer something that is open to everyone, gets us outside and moving, while giving us a chance to connect with community. Dogs are welcome, but must be friendly and on a leash.
