Yoga Fit + Community Hangout

Join us at Yoga Haven SD for an afternoon Yoga Fit class with Elyssa Swann, where you'll move through a vinyasa like flow, but with added repetitions, core work and mobility drills. This class is designed to be a workout, so you will sweat! We'll finish class with deep stretches and an extended savasana. After class, stay for refreshments and community hangout. Drinks and snacks included in the ticket.

Social Luxury Picnics will set us up with a picnic style spread in the studio with charcuterie and fresh fruit. Guests can enjoy kombucha (alcoholic and non) from Bambucha while they mingle and connect with other fellow yogis.

Bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.

Class is held indoors at Yoga Haven SD in Point Loma.
