Join Adrienne for this special 75-minute full moon class designed to move stuck energy and reconnect you to your center.
The blue moon rises on May 31st, a rare second full moon of the month. This moon carries a quiet energy, inviting us to zoom out and focus on the bigger picture.
We’ll begin with a slow, intentional flow moving through spinal mobilizations and heart-opening postures to build heat and awareness through the body’s central axis. From there, we’ll descend into a restorative hip sequence with longer holds that invite deep relaxation and release.
