Grow with the Flow

Join Elyssa from Wolf & Lion for an all levels yoga class to honor Earth Day and the new beginnings of springtime. Class is open to all tenants of 550 West building. Class will be hosted on the 20th floor. Bring a yoga mat and water. This class is based around a Vinyasa flow. Class will get you moving, include some deep strentches and a well earned rest at the end. RSVP isn't required but helpful so we know how many people to expect.
