About the event
Join Laura of Soulfish Events, Elyssa of Wolf & Lion, and some of our favorite local partners and vendors for a cosmic Halloween evening at Adams Avenue Fitness.
We’re bringing together movement, music, astrology, community, and a little Halloween magic for a one-of-a-kind AstroYoga silent disco experience. DJ Disco Penny Lane will be spinning live while we move through an all-levels AstroYoga flow, tuning into the energy of the season through movement, music, and connection.
Silent disco headphones will be provided for the class, so you’ll be fully immersed in the music and experience.
And because it’s Halloween weekend, we want you to come dressed as your most out-of-this-world cosmic self. Think celestial, disco, alien, witchy, space cowboy, moon goddess, glam, weird, wonderful. Have fun with it.
