Rooms are first come, first serve. All rates are based on individual, per person pricing.

The property and housing are over 100 years old. Every room is unique, no two are the same, but all have their own charm to make your stay comfortably rustic.
Price reflects total cost for the entire experience: accommodations, food and beverage, movement classes, use of amenities, art class, gong bath, trail rides, taxes and fees. We will collect a deposit of $300.00 at the end of this form.
Note: shared twin casitas will include a roommate.

Amenities There are many lovely amenities at the Tubac Ranch. Included in the retreat will be a Sonoran Sauna, Yoga, Nature Trails on Property, Art Class, Gong Bath, pool and jacuzzi access. Remember to bring your bathing suit for a good sweat and soak!
Other available amenities at an extra cost are Bodywork and Massage, if you have a special request, please do not hesitate to ask! Adrienne will NOT be available for massage.

Notes to the Chef We honor your food requests and we want to make your stay memorable, for this reason we ask that you are specific about allergies and medical conditions and include those under the ALLERGY section. Private Policy Wolf & Lion and Tubac Ranch, LLC will not share, sell, trade, or otherwise use your personal information for purposes outside of this retreat event.
Upon checkout, you will be paying a $300.00 deposit

Deposit & Refund Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your spot. This deposit is applied toward your total retreat fee.
Refund Schedule:
∙ At booking – 90 days prior to retreat: Full refund of all payments made, minus your $300 deposit and a $35 processing fee.
∙ 89–60 days prior to retreat: $300 deposit is non-refundable. All other payments made to date are fully refundable.
∙ 59–30 days prior to retreat: $300 deposit plus 50% of all other payments made to date are non-refundable.
∙ 30 days or less prior to retreat: All payments, including deposit, are non-refundable.

Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another participant at no charge up to 30 days before the retreat. Please contact us to arrange a transfer.

If We Cancel: In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to apply your balance toward a future retreat.
