Membership & Payment Terms All sales, including memberships, class packs, and drop-ins, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Memberships begin on the purchase date unless otherwise stated. Payments are auto-billed using the card on file. Members are responsible for keeping payment details current. Declined payments must be resolved within 7 days or access may be suspended. Membership Commitment & Cancellation All memberships are a six-month commitment from the membership start date. Early cancellations are not permitted unless approved by The Den by Wolf & Lion. No refunds will be issued for unused time. Membership Holds / Pauses Memberships may be paused for up to 30 days, one time per six-month period. Requests must be made in writing prior to the requested pause date. Class Reservations, Cancellations & Fees Members must book classes in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $8 fee (price subject to change) Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges. Class Pack Expiration Class packs expire six months from the purchase date. Extensions may be granted only at the discretion of The Den by Wolf & Lion. Liability Waiver By purchasing this plan or attending any class, event, or workshop offered by The Den by Wolf & Lion, the participant acknowledges that physical activity involves inherent risk and agrees not to hold The Den by Wolf & Lion, its owners, instructors, or affiliates liable for any injury, loss, or damages. Participants are responsible for monitoring their own health, limitations, and obtaining medical clearance when necessary. Studio Policies The Den by Wolf & Lion reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, pricing, or offerings at any time. Membership may be revoked for unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior without refund. Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred. Communication Members agree to receive emails or text messages from The Den by Wolf & Lion regarding schedule updates, payment notices, and policy changes. It is the member’s responsibility to review updates when provided.
